We are a public venue
Our litle theatre is open to public, and may be viewed by anyone passing by, as such here are some basic guidelines:
Notes and guidelines
- Daytime content should be fine for a small child to view, even if they don’t “get it.”
- Our format works best with short complete narrative arcs
- Short films under 5 minutes in length are a good fit, as are scenes from larger works that don’t end in cliffhangers.
- We don’t do ads, and that includes trailers.
- After 9pm (8pm in the winter months), we can exhibit more risque works, think 14A
- Any films shown on the vodville need to be safe and legal to show to minors, here’s what isn’t: (TW) Motion Picture Act
- We don’t have the budget to bribe the vice squad; exhibition subject to management’s discretion
- We do not tolerate bigotry.
- If using something subject to copyright, please use less than 10% of the original work, or have written permission from copyright holder
